 The Stavario tool was created by Josef Beneš based on his experience in the construction industry. It records attendance, keeps an electronic daily construction log, monitors the movement of property and collects other necessary information. According to the author, the tool relieves companies of stress and routine, demonstrably saves costs and brings significant time savings.

Our history

  • 2021First investment

    In the fall, the Nation1 fund will invest an amount of 15.5 million crowns in the project. At the beginning of the year, the startup receives an investment of 5 million crowns from businessman Jan Janovský.
  • 2022Rebranding

    I know everything is rebranding to Stavario and starting work on expansion into Germany, Great Britain and Vietnam. The crisis helped the entire construction industry to start digitalization, the number of Stavaria users increased to almost 6 thousand.

Josef Beneš

CEO

Josef Beneš has been involved in the construction industry since he was 14 years old, when he started digging foundations for family houses as part of a part-time job. He later studied technical security of buildings at the secondary school in Duchcov, immediately after that he started as a foreman in a construction company and worked his way through companies of various sizes. At the age of twenty-eight, he worked his way up to project manager for orders up to 50 million CZK.
