Only your workers install the mobile app on their phones (Android, iOS ). They use it to report arrival and departure from the construction site, take over tools, request materials or send tasks. Data is sent via web interface to employees in the office.

The worker reports in and out of work via the app. The company can see in real-time which site they are on, the hours worked and the amount of advances and wages. Even in retrospect.

The worker can request leave, report illness, or visit a doctor at any time in the app. The company keeps track of how much vacation time is left for whom as well as overall absence charts.
Requirements and tasks

Company messages reach every employee. No more excuses. If an employee does not acknowledge reading it, the system will not allow them to log in to work.
Documents
The check will not surprise you. The employee's document archive is part of the application. Employment contracts, OHS, pay slips, etc. Everything is always with you, signed from the app.
