AI in the construction diary: soon you won't have to write almost anything by hand

AI in Stavario helps create entries from photos, polish simple notes into a professional form, and gradually take over more routine admin work.

When people hear artificial intelligence, many imagine something complicated or far removed from everyday practice. We see it the other way around. AI in Stavario must have a single purpose: to save time for people on site and make their work easier. A lot of photos are taken on every construction site. In Stavario, AI can use those photos to prepare a draft entry about the work performed for the construction diary. Instead of writing everything from scratch, you get a ready-made base to review and confirm. Not everyone has the time or desire to write long, formal texts. That's why in Stavario it's enough to write a plain note about what was done that day. AI turns the text into a professional form so the entry reads clearly and matches what you expect from a construction diary. Another area we are preparing is using AI for risk and defect analysis from photos taken on site. If the system flags a potential problem, it can mean an earlier intervention, fewer redos, and lower costs. A big part of the time savings doesn't rely on AI alone. Stavario already includes automation that fills in many fields by itself. It records everyone on site and adds the weather from a weather station. One of the biggest new features is complete voice control of Stavario. Instead of clicking and typing, you simply say what the system should do. We believe the future of the construction diary isn't in more typing. The future is: take a photo, dictate, review - and you're done.
