We've launched an extension that pushes Stavario closer to being a complete platform for managing construction companies. The Gantt chart is now interconnected with the tasks module – plan activities, assign them to people, and track how construction progresses over time. Everything in one place, without the need to manage planning in another tool. Until now, planning in many companies was split between Excel, paper diaries, and the site manager's head. While Excel is flexible, as soon as something shifts on the construction site, it starts being rewritten – and others work with an outdated version. The new Gantt chart in Stavario solves this once and for all – the plan is live, shared, and every change is immediately reflected to everyone working on the project. Each activity in the diagram can be clicked directly to a specific task – with the responsible person, deadline, attachments, and comments. Planning and execution thus cease to be two separate worlds. The site manager sees where delays occur, what follows, and where there are available people to reassign. The Gantt chart works across all your projects. You can view one construction site in detail, or look at the entire company portfolio in one overview and immediately see where work is starting to pile up. Company owners finally have a realistic picture of team workload, not just a feeling. And because the diagram draws data from the same task module you already use today, there's no need to duplicate or re-enter anything.
