Monitoring towers have cameras attached to them. One with a wide shot, which also allows for time-lapse (events on the construction site can also be watched in retrospect). At least two more movable ones that you can direct as needed. Zooming in is a matter of course. However, the cameras also work independently and react to movement, which they continuously monitor. Do the workers take off their protective equipment (helmet, vest, protectors) during working hours? The tower will record it. Do different cars come to the construction site? The camera takes pictures of all license plates that move in the area.
