What a simple material process should look like
A practical material process does not need to be complicated. It does need to be clear.

There is a very simple way to find out whether your material management process is working. Pick an item that regularly moves between your warehouse and jobsites. A few days after the latest movement, ask somebody who was not involved: how much do we have, and where is it right now?
