Online daily construction log
Customers have an overview of what is happening on their site, what the company is recording, and what problems they are solving. They can also add their own notes to the entries.
Photos
Workers on site take photos and send them to the company using the app, then other employees set up what the investor will see. It monitors the progress of the work in its own interface.
Requirements and tasks
From here the customer communicates with your company, creates tasks including deadlines, answers your questions, confirms orders, etc. Everything is clearly archived.
Documents
The transmission of documents is done electronically, including signatures. You can sign e.g. orders, approve extra work, less work, etc.
Administrators
Customers can have their own project manager, who is automatically notified by the system at the end of an inspection (of the chimney, boiler, machine, etc.), of the need for maintenance, replacement, and more.
Notice-board
A summary of the most important information from the entire interface for the customer. Everything is in plain sight immediately after logging in.
