In the month of August, we prepared the following news for you:
1. We improved the Weather tab in the daily entries of the construction log
- further in Settings / Basic settings - Daily construction log you can set the automatic loading of the weather, you can choose regular times to insert.
2. Daily records - persons on the construction site
- in the daily records, the Display of Persons on the construction site was modified
- in Settings / Basic settings - Daily construction log- option to set automatic insertion of people on the construction site. The system loads the attendance of employees at a specific building.
- You can set whether Group of employees, working hours of individuals or total working hours on the construction site will be displayed in the daily records.
- it is now possible to copy persons on the construction site from another record - select the date and log from which the persons are to be copied
- it is possible to mark several people and delete them en masse
- another way to insert people on the construction site is manually via Add person
3. Daily construction log / Daily records - deletion of attachment
- it is now possible to delete attachments in the daily record
- the option to delete the attachment is necessary to assign the right to the role in Settings / Users / User roles
4. Settings / Basic settings - Reports - overtime
- Overtime can be negative:
- the sum of overtime in the Overtime column - plus and minus values - Subtract the sum of overtime from the sum of hours worked:
- overtime is deducted from the total hours
5. Projects - dissemination of information
Project - we have expanded the project with additional information such as:
- contract number
- type of house
- parcel number
